Food was great the service was really bad. The host was constantly yelling at the servers letting them know what seats they had and what seats they didn't have and then my server I went there twice last week and the server never refilled our drinks and it just really wasn't pleasant the food was great though I probably won't be going there anytime soon unless a friend wants to go there.The second time made up for it we had take out. My sister loves coming here and the hostess was very nice pleasant and pretty. Thank you Golden Palace.

I have a serious question for the owner. Do even taste the food you are serving your customers???? Because that is some of the absolute worst tasting food I have even been served at a restaurant. It’s sad when Panda Express blows your food out the ball park. I wonder how much food is actually wasted here because I know most people don’t eat it. Disgusting!!! That pork chow was freaking gross. The noodles were actually from a bag and they dump some nasty veggie sauce over the top of it. Not to mention service was horrible too. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! YUCK!!!

This was my 1st to-go order. I love how they box up your to-go orders! Their food is perfection! It arrived to my house still hot and I had a 10 minute drive.Their cashier was super nice and awesome too! Asked how my day was and how many cookies I wanted.Our family usually goes during the Caldwell Christmas Tree Lighting, but didn't get to go this year. We love this place and it's a tradition for us to go here!I highly recommend the cashew chicken (seriously get it!), Mandarin chicken, pork fried rice, and egg flower soup!

Food is amazing but servers will literally drop your food off on a dirty tray caddy. We were there 30mins before close. Seemed like they wanted nothing to do with us. No music. No fortune cookies. Terrible service. And we still tipped. Do better.

The regular staff and food are always amazing, i would heavily recommend if you want a nice, quiet, and comfortable place to sit down and get some good food. I always make sure to get some Tsing Tao beer everytime I come here. 10/10.

This was the worst Chinese place I've ever been to. The place smelled, but what was worse was my food smelled. It smelled like body odor, and I just could not eat it. Someone brought us our drinks and then never came back. Then, I got the bill and it was basically $20 for my Chinese Special that I didn't eat. Then we had to hunt someone down to get the check. We also had to wait 5 minutes for the host to come back to the cash register so we could pay. I'll never return and I highly discourage others from going. It's definitely not worth the ridiculous price.
